Online Payments

At the end of your online order, the payment amount will be charged to your credit card.
In case of an order cancellation or stock-related issue, any payments made by credit card will be refunded within 10 business days.

Delivery

Your orders are shipped, depending on stock availability.

  • If the product is in stock, your order will be dispatched the next business day.
  • If the product is not in stock, it will be delivered within a maximum of 15 business days, depending on the supplier’s process.
    (Delivery times may vary depending on your location.)

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a delivery address where you will be available during the day.

Orders are processed and prepared according to the delivery option you select at checkout.
Shipments are made only within Turkey.

Each product page shows up-to-date stock status and estimated delivery time.

Payment Tracking

If any issue occurs during the payment process, you will be notified immediately on the payment result page.

In the event that the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, our team will contact the customer who placed the order.

The validity of the email address provided during checkout is confirmed via an automatic confirmation email after your order is placed.

We are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of your order — not only to our customers but also to the bank that processes the credit card transactions.

Important Notice

If you believe your package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the Hepsi Jet courier at the time of delivery.

If you notice any damage to the product, do not accept the package and ask the courier to prepare an official damage report.

Once a product has been accepted, it is deemed that the courier has fulfilled their delivery duty properly.

If the product is damaged:
Please send the damage report to info@pratimo.com as soon as possible. Once we receive your report, we will start the replacement process immediately and ensure your order is re-delivered as soon as possible.
